Matters needing attention
Fault phenomena and treatment
1. This product is a clean water pump. Please do not use it to pump water with more sediment and slag.
Please do not use for pumping flammable, highly rotten liquids.
2. The maximum diving depth of the pump is 1.5 meters. It is not recommended that the pump should be in water above 35 degrees Celsius.
Long-term operation.
3. Water lubrication is required for the operation of the pump. Please avoid idling the pump for more than 1 minute.
4. In order to ensure the safety of electricity, please check the wiring connector before power-on to ensure its dryness.
5. It is suggested that the pump should be cleaned regularly to prolong the service life of the pump. When disassembling, please

1. Power-on does not operate
1.1 Please check whether the output voltage of the power adapter is within the permissible range of the product.
1.2 Make sure the power adapter is damaged and the DC connector is not in good contact.
1.3 Please check whether there is any foreign body in the pump leading to the blockage of the pump rotor.
1.4 After eliminating the above factors, there are still above faults. Please return to the distributor to replace the new pump.
2. There is abnormal sound or vibration during the operation of the pump
2.1 Please check whether the output voltage of the selected power adapter is within the permissible range of the product.
2.2 Please dismantle the machine to check whether there is foreign matter inhaled inside the pump, causing the pump to run stuck.
Please clean the inside of the pump in time.
