Description
AD8302 is the first monolithic integrated chip for RF/IF amplitude and phase measurement launched by ADI in the United States in 2001. It can simultaneously measure the amplitude ratio and the amplitude ratio between two input signals in the frequency range from low frequency to 2.7GH z. Phase difference.
The device contains two precision-matched broadband logarithmic detectors, a phase detector, output amplifier group, a bias unit and an output reference voltage buffer, etc., which can reduce the source of error and related temperature drift to a minimum.
AD8302 has the following main features
(1) The amplitude ratio (gain) and phase difference of two input signals can be measured in the frequency range from low frequency to 2.7G Hz;
(2) When measuring the gain, the dynamic range of the two input signals is ÷30dB, the sensitivity of the output level is 30mV/dB, and the error is less than 0.5dB. The output voltage corresponding to -30dB is 30mV, and the output voltage corresponding to +30dB is 1.8V. The output current is 8mA and the conversion rate is 25V/┢ s;
(3) The scale factor of accurate amplitude measurement is 30mV/dB;
(4) The accurate typical value is less than 0.5dB;
(5) The exact typical value is less than 1;
(6) When the device is in operation, it has three working modes:measurement, control and level comparison;
(7) With 1.8V reference voltage bias output;
(8) The video bandwidth response is 30M Hz;
(9) Working with a single power supply of 2.7V ~ 5.5V;
(10) Use small 14-pin
With shielding shell and anti-reverse connection protection diode.
