High Voltage and Low Voltage Regulating Circuit Board for Electronic Tube Front Stage
Voltage stabilized soft start circuit:When the power is on, the high voltage is slowly pressed from 0V to 300V, which makes the tube increase pressure slowly and avoids sudden voltage jump and impact on the tube.
Secondary filament power supply adopts LM317 soft start adjustable voltage regulator circuit, voltage from 1.2V to 6.3V or 12.6V slowly, the filament of electronic tube increases slowly from cold low resistance, avoids the impact of voltage on filament, and protects and prolongs the service life of electronic tube.
The ripple coefficient of this line is very small, and the effect is ideal for the front pole of gallbladder.
Material, High Voltage Part:1A Rectifier, Italy Kent 150mu 400V two filters, MJE13007 high back pressure tube adjustment, Japan Chemical 100mu 420V, Japan Hitachi 100mu 420V electrolysis secondary filter, resistance watt left a margin. High-voltage output can not be short-circuited, short-circuited circuit board will be damaged, remember!
Low voltage part:4 3A fast rectifiers, 2 filters for 1800 u35V electrolysis, 2 regulators for LM317 or LT1086, and secondary filters for Philips 680 u50V electrolysis. AC 250V power supply, DC adjustable output voltage in the range of 115V to 320V, can be used for several small power signal amplifier tubes.
The filament is 7.5V~13V AC power supply, DC 1.2V~12.6V regulator is adjustable, the maximum current is 1~1.5A, and the two-way output can work for two electronic tubes.
