Compared with other Class-D amplification processes to create a higher chip area energy device, STMicroelectronics BCD6S has an efficiency ratio , While also reducing crosstalk and improving sound quality. In addition, the BCD6S high-power output circuit integrates NMOS and PMOS complementary transistors, eliminating the need for bootstrap capacitors and cathode load diodes required by the old process.
