Three-person voting device, designed with 74HC00 + 74HC10, three judges each control one of the three buttons S1, S2, S3, with the principle of minority subordinate to the majority of voting events, press agree, otherwise disagree. If the vote is passed, the LED will light up, otherwise it will not light up.
