Introduction to the circuit principle
IC2:CD4060 is a 14-stage two-way counter with oscillator, R1, R2, RP1, C1 and IC2 9,10,11 feet circuit composed of the oscillator, the oscillation frequency can be adjusted by the RP1.
Transistor Q1, Q2, Q3 play a driving role, D1, D2, D3 play a role in the cycle of reset. IC2 Q5, Q6, Q7 reset when high level.
