Product Description
TPA3251D2 is a high-performance class D power amplifier, which has class D efficiency and can bring true high-end sound quality. The device features advanced integrated feedback design and proprietary high-speed gate driver error correction function (PurePath Ultra HD). This technology allows the device to maintain ultra-low distortion throughout the audio frequency band while exhibiting perfect sound quality. The device can drive up to two 175W /4┯ loads and two 220W /3┯ loads, and has a 2 VRMS analog input interface that supports seamless connection with high-performance DACs (for example, TI’s PCM5242). In addition to excellent audio performance, TPA3251D2 also has two major advantages:high power efficiency and ultra-low power level idle loss (below 1W). This can be achieved using 60m┯ MOSFETs and an optimized gate driver solution, which can significantly reduce idle losses compared to traditional discrete implementations.
