Power consumption
Output:Active output with the same output voltage as the input voltage. Do not exceed 10A at most.
Life:100,000 movements
Input:Passive switch input, the green light will be on first after starting, and will stay in red after stopping.
Time range:0.5 seconds – 1000 minutes
Time accuracy:Range maximum * 0.001, ie 1000 resolution.
Input (start button):Passive switch input, the green light will be on first after starting, and will stay in red after stopping.
Function:With start/stop function, the module enters the infinite loop mode after starting, and the relay works on and off according to the set time.
Dimensions:length 88mm * width 38mm * height 22mm or less
Screw hole:center distance 83mm * 33mm, aperture 3.2mm
Terminal
–>N connected to the load N line, most appliances do not need to strictly distinguish the LN line
–>L1 is connected to the load L line, most appliances do not need to strictly distinguish the LN line
–> The normally closed end of the LNCL line output is generally not connected.
Instructions
Time can be set in both power-on and power-off states
1.ON duration setting
The potentiometer adjustment time under the RUN TIME flag is clockwise for increasing the length and counterclockwise for shortening the duration.
The left side of the dial switch on the potentiometer is the time range setting. The adjustment range of the adjustable resistor after dialing is 0-100; the range after dialing is 0-1000.
The right side of the dial switch on the potentiometer is the unit setting. Dial down to Sec. The unit is seconds; dial to Min. The unit is minutes.
2.OFF duration setting
The potentiometer adjustment time under the OFF TIME flag is clockwise for increasing the length and counterclockwise for shortening the duration.
3. Start button
Connect to the self-reset button, press once to switch to the green light, indicating that the running state, the module will automatically work according to the set running time and stop time, infinite loop. At this point, press the start button again, the module will switch to red light, indicating that it is in a stopped state.
4. Example of time setting
Demand:20 seconds on, 30 minutes off, infinite loop.
Settings
(1). Set the running time range to 0-100;
(2). Dial the running time unit to the second;
(3). Rotate the running time potentiometer to the 20 position, which is 20/100 from the left;
(4). Set the stop time range to 0-100;
(5). Dial the stop time unit to the minute;
(6). Rotate the stop time potentiometer to the 30 position, that is, the position from the left 30/100;
Note:The position of the potentiometer can also be quickly located by measuring the voltage. The center arm is adjusted to a minimum of 0V and the highest position is 5V. For example, you need to adjust to 20, that is, 20/100*5V=1.0V; to adjust to 30, then 30/100*5V=1.5V
Applications
It is used for reciprocating stroke control, or repeated power-off of equipment and product aging test.
Warmly Noted
1. The start button can be used with a current of 0.1A or more.
2. The button output line is equipped with strong electricity. When installing, be sure to meet the creepage distance requirements to prevent personal contact with the charged body.
3. It is not necessary to start the input. You can short the two terminals with wires, so that the power will start to run infinitely without buttons.
