Principle Introduction
The MC106B catalytic combustion gas sensor works according to the principle of catalytic combustion effect. The detection element and the compensation element are paired to form an arm of the bridge. When the flammable gas is encountered, the resistance of the detection element increases and the output voltage of the bridge changes. The gas concentration increases to a proportional increase, and the compensation element functions as a reference and temperature and humidity compensation.
Features
The output voltage of the bridge is linear, the response speed is fast, it has good repeatability and selectivity, the component works stably and reliably, and it has good resistance to hydrogen sulfide and silicone interference.
Applications
It can be used to detect the concentration of flammable gases such as natural gas, liquefied gas, coal gas and alkanes in industrial sites. It can also be applied to flammable gas leak alarms, flammable gas detectors, and gas concentration meters.
