Electronics assembly
This is a display and waveform output circuit composed of an on-off test circuit and a single-chip computer control. The function of the continuity test circuit is used to judge the continuity and short circuit of the transformer coil. If the test terminal J1 is open, the horn will not sound. If the coil is on, the horn will sound, so you can quickly judge. If the coil resistance is less than a certain value, we can consider that there is a short circuit inside the coil, and the continuity test circuit can judge and prompt with a higher frequency sound. The judgment point of the short circuit state can be adjusted by W1.
The single-chip computer-controlled display and waveform output circuit can change four states under the control of a button.
Note that in this circuit assembly, J1 is two test terminals, and two wires with clips are directly soldered to the circuit board. The horn is fixed on the circuit board with a wire.
Commissioning and testing
1. The status of the MCU part
1) Power on, D4 ~ D11 flashing. This is the initial state.
2) Press K1, D4 is on, the rest are off. This is the ON-off test state.
3) Press K1 again, half on and half off. This is the waveform output 1 state.
4) Press K1 again, all lights up. This is the waveform output 2 state.
5) Press K1 again, the flowing water flashes. Back to the original state.
2. Test and record
1) Use 5V DC power. After the power is turned on, it should enter the initial state.
2) J1 is connected to a 560Ω resistor, and the speaker should sound, indicating that the terminal under test is connected.
